Fabrication
We are pipe fabricators focused
primarily on plant process systems. We work
with carbon and stainless steel, aluminum
and all exotic alloys such as inconel,
titanium, chrome-moly and others. Our shop
is equipped with an extensive array of
equipment for fabricating every type of
pipe, joint style and configuration.
Our shop welding processes include:
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding SMAW)
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
- Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
We perform piping fabrication using a
variety of methods such as rotational
positioners, precision orbital welders,
plasma cutting devices and others. Bridge
cranes, forklifts and jib hoists are used
for material handling.

When required for a project, our
climate-controlled paint booth is used for
coating carbon steel items after
